(IV)- Borrow Chakra (whether or not in kyuubi state and they can borrow up to iinf chakra but only lasts for 1 minute

I didnt really prepare for this before making it so tell me what i did wrong or what i misspelt, etc

1. i think that kyuubi attacks are good, but mouth blast, if it'll be added should take most of the users chakra.
2. in orochimaru only giving cs isnt good idea for me
3. illusion jutsu=tsukyomi, then, where is amaterasu ? i think that isnt good idea to give various types of mangekyou, but there should be also susanoo added( only as defensive jutsu maybe)
4.for kisame sword idea is good, but with water controlling jutsu, he should only be able to make small water lake on the land, and only for the moment of fight
thats all what i think about it
